We are looking for: — self-reliance, proactivity, desire to help the community solve their problems — management consulting — sales experience — business thinking — English C1+ — comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment — a desire to learn and become a pro in DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3 — solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills


Bonus points: — experience in crypto/high-growth startup/tech company — public speaking – conferences, podcasts, etc. — public writing – articles, guides, etc. — experience in such positions as Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Customer Development Manager


What will you do? — structure complex and ambiguous customer and product problems — partner with the heads of sales and product to develop customer and product strategy — advise DAO projects on strategic and tactical issues — study market and customer patterns, creating playbooks for different use cases — make content for clients and partners (broadcasts, articles, videos)
