We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead a new major product
What we are looking for: — Independency, strong sense of individual initiative — Strong prioritization, organization, and personal management skills — Experience designing user-friendly and visually appealing products — Excellent hands-on design skills for different platforms as well as solid design knowledge — Healthy attitude towards criticism — High level of Figma proficiency — Skill of rapid prototyping — Experience with design systems / component libraries — Web technologies knowledge (HTML / CSS - basic level) — Understanding of trends, observation, good taste — Obligatory presence of a portfolio
Bonus points: — Into crypto and have the desire to dive deeply into Web3 // Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, and DeFi
What you’ll do: — Lead a new major Superdao product (from scratch) ****— ****Design interfaces based on product solutions — Create and test product hypotheses together with the team — Conduct UX research to test hypotheses — Create, maintain and develop a design system — Experiment and make decisions — Collaborate with developers, conduct design reviews and achieve the highest quality of execution
