Within the break, you will have the opportunity to improve or acquire the skills you lacked when applied for the first time. Our typical response times are between 1-2 workdays for high-priority positions and up to 5 workdays for regular roles.

We ask candidates to complete a Test Task regardless of the level (junior, middle, senior) as we believe it is the best way to learn whether he/she will handle the tasks he/she is about to face
We’ve got a list of Test Tasks available, you’re welcome to complete and attach it when fulfilling the application form *this is not a requirement
The typical interview procedure is the following one but it may differ depending on the position
First interview 👥 You + Recruiter and Hiring Manager 🕒 30 - 90 min (product vacancies)
Second interview 👥 You + Head of Department 🕒 30 min

In order to prepare for the interview,
➖ check the website and the socials (we’ve listed them above) to get familiar with the team and the product ➖ get to know our values ➖ think of the questions to ask in advance: about the position, company, etc. ➖ review the job description to share the relevant experience

➖ The minimal requirement for any position is an Intermediate, B1, customer-facing positions require an advanced C1 level
